Tow-behind Travel Trailer Fire on Mohawk Avenue

At 00:33 Hours, Salisbury Firehouses 1, 2, and 16, as well as Wicomico County Station 5 (Hebron), Station 7 (Pittsville), and Sussex County (DE) Station 74 (Delmar) were dispatched to the 800 Block of Mohawk Avenue for a structure fire, reported to be a shed
 
Assistant Chief 1 (Command) arrived first to a tow-behind travel trailer, approximately 10'x20', fully involved, w/ a resulting natural cover fire working its way toward Exposure Delta - MSP on location advised Command that the owner of the trailer was not on location and no-one was in the trailer - E-161 arrived and stretched a preconnected 1.75" 200' handline and executed initial extinguishment operations – Command warned the initial engine crew of the presence of a 20# LPG tank w/ heavy fire impingement
 
Truck 2 arrived and was ordered to assemble its crew at E-161 to deploy a second handline - Engine 16 arrived and was ordered to supply E-161 w/ on-board water - E-507 arrived and supplied E-161 w/ water - E-741 redirected to stand-by at FH16 - Truck 7 redirected to stand-by at FH2
 
Engine/Tanker 5 arrived and supplied E507 w/ water – State Fire Marshal requested to respond - multiple crews worked to finish knocking down the bulk of the fire, then commenced w/ overhaul operations
 
Scene left in custody of State FMO for investigation
